Problems Downloading?
Having Trouble Downloading Your Files?
Most download issues are solved by checking your email folders or using a desktop computer.
All Kids Cooking Activities products are digital downloads. If you're having trouble accessing your files, try the steps below.
1. Check Your Email (Including Spam or Promotions)
After purchase, an email with your download link is sent immediately.
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Gmail users: check the Promotions or Updates tab
- Search your inbox for “Kids Cooking Activities”
Sometimes replies can also land in spam folders, so if you’ve contacted us, please check all folders for a response.
2. Download from Your Receipt Page
Your download links are also available on your order confirmation page right after checkout.
If you missed it, check your email receipt to return to your download.
3. Make Sure You Can Open PDF Files
All products are delivered as PDF files.
Please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader or another PDF viewer installed on your device.
4. Allow Time for Large Files
Some files—especially curriculum sets and bundles—are large and may take a few minutes to download and open.
Please wait until the download is fully complete before opening the file.
5. Downloading on Mobile Devices
Some mobile devices (such as iPhones and iPads) may not handle downloads or file storage well directly from a link.
If you're having trouble, try downloading your files on a desktop or laptop computer instead.
6. ZIP Files (Bundled Downloads)
Some products are delivered as ZIP files. These must be downloaded and then extracted (unzipped) before use.
