Problems Downloading?


When ordering digital materials, downloading links will pop up a few minutes after checkout on your receipt page. An email will also be sent immediately after checkout. 

If you have any problems downloading your materials, first make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader to open and view the materials.

It is important to check your junk folder or other folders in your email box,  gmail especially can send it to your promotions, junk folder or other inconvenient place. I've had times where the customer will email me about not receiving the download link, and my emails I'm sending them back with the links are all going to the junk folder. So they think I'm not responding but I respond to all emails asking for help so please check all folders.

Many of our materials are large files and it will take several minutes to download and open the documents.

Our Teacher Curriculum Set and a few other bundled items are in a zip folder, please allow time for complete download.
