Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

  • Download links are provided immediately after purchase
  • You may also receive an email with access to your files
  • Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see your email

If you do not receive your download or have trouble accessing your files, please contact us and we will help you right away.

No Returns, Cancellations, or Exchanges

Because all products are digital downloads, all sales are final once access to the files has been provided.

Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after purchase because digital files are delivered immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for digital products once they have been delivered.

However, we want you to have a smooth experience. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help.

  • Problems downloading files
  • Files that will not open or are corrupted
  • Incorrect or missing files

We will make sure you receive the product you purchased.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with your order details. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

License Reminder

Your purchase includes a single-user license.

  • You may print copies for your own students or teaching use
  • You may not share, upload, post, or redistribute the files
  • If multiple teachers or classrooms need access, additional licenses are required

EU Digital Downloads

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content begins.

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply after digital content has been supplied when the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
